![]() I have had girls born in my game who are the spitting image of the mother or father (literally - I checked by taking pictures in CAS of the kid and parent and placing them side by side on the screen while they are wearing the same hairstyle and no makeup and I gender switched the kid to compare with the father) but who may have a diffent colour skintone, eyes or hair. I kept thinking I was seeing a pattern where there was none but it just keeps happening in every hood, generation after generation.ĮTA: By clone I mean identical facial features. With singletons, the first girl has ALWAYS been a clone for me. With multiples the game usually makes one of the twins or trips a clone but it's not necessarily the one born first. For me this is usually the first born girl, though the game does not seem fussed whether the girl is a clone of the mother or of the father. I find that there is usually at least one clone per generation. The DNA eyes can say that the eyes are, say dark blue. I then started checkin the Age Data in the Sims character data file. ![]() This is not true, or least Ive not found it to be so, but mainly for eyes. Neither of those stops kids becoming clones of the parents, though. I had always thought that for changing a sims genetic traits - hair, eyes, skintone - in SimPE just meant I had to go to the DNA tab in More.
